Three Like Home is available to all customers on Bill Pay Flex, Flexifix and Prepay as soon as you set up your account, so you'll be able to roam on Three sister networks straight away. Just select the Three Network in the country you're heading to. See the list of countries below.
On Bill Pay you can use your bundle of units to call and text standard Ireland numbers when roaming on a Three sister network. You can also access data services using your bundled units. Participating Networks on Bill Pay:

Important: EU Roaming Add-On
The EU add on allows you to guarantee the EU roaming rates in all countries within the EU (including 3 sister networks). To help explain it better, below are the charges you will incur if have the EU add on and if you don't have the EU add on.

I have the EU roaming add on:
a) If I roam on a 3 Like Home network. I will be charged the following:
Calls made back to Ireland - come out of flexi unit allowance first, 42.69c per minute applies afterwards
Calls received - charged 13.21c per minute
Text messages back to Ireland - come out of flexi unit allowance first, 13.21c per text applies afterwards
b) If I roam on an EU network that is not a 3 Like Home network, I will be charged the following:
Calls made back to Ireland - charged 42.69c per minute
Calls received - charged 13.21c per minute
Text messages back to Ireland - charged 13.21c per minute
I don't have the EU roaming add on:
